How to delete videos that are downloading on my ipod softwear?

i was just wondering because i have a couple a videos i don't want anymore how do i erase them.. if anyone please

when you connect your ipod instead of going to itunes go to mycomputer and clik on the ipod it shows you folders and click on the video folder nd delete them
