How do I temporily disable my softwear to allow pop ups, as I need to download a report from the state site.?

I am trying to download from the State of Michigan webb site a lien search. They said I would have to temporily disable my pop up blocking softwear prior to the download. How do I do that?

lets say you have Windows XP installed on your machine( Laptp/pc)

Start-->Control Panel-->Firewall and securiy

from there choose Properties. you should see a check box with '' Disable/Enable pop up '' next to it.

uncheck the box if you wish you allow pop ups.
