What is the best file recovery software for deleted pictures and videos on my camera?

I have picture and video files that were deleted a few weeks ago and I've been trying to find a very good software that can restore those deleted files. So far, the few softwares that I have downloaded couldn't restore the videos from my camera because the file size was too large. It would be great if there is a free software though, but I haven't found a good one yet. Thank You!
